Refund Policy

Last updated October 5, 2026

We want you to be happy with Lyra Studio. This policy explains when you can get your money back. Purchases are processed by our reseller — Paddle.com or Polar Software, Inc. (polar.sh), as named on your receipt — which is the Merchant of Record and issues every refund.

14-day refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a purchase if you haven't used the credits from that purchase:

  • Plans: within 14 days of the first payment or a renewal, if none of that period's plan credits have been spent. The plan ends when the refund is made.

If you've used some of the credits, write to us anyway — we look at every request and may give a partial refund.

Failed songs

If a song or another generation fails on our side, you don't need to ask: the credits come back to your balance automatically and you can try again.

Cancelling a plan

Cancel any time from Credits & plan → Manage subscription. You won't be charged again, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancelling on its own doesn't refund the current period — use the 14-day rule above for that.

How to ask for a refund

  • Email us at hello@lyra-ai.studio from the address on your Lyra Studio account, or
  • reply to your receipt email, or find your order at paddle.net (Paddle) or polar.sh (Polar).

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't take away any refund rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
